Sydney’s passion for computer hardware assembly ignited during his secondary education, where he began assembling computers for family and friends.

He furthered his education at the Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies in Sri Lanka, completing ACP Certification and acquiring several Diplomas in Computer System Designing, Data Communication, and Computer Networking.

Continuing his professional development, Sydney obtained the Microsoft certification in NT Core Technologies and NT Administration. He commenced his career at North Sails Lanka in Sri Lanka, a company specialising in designing, engineering, and manufacturing sails for racing and cruising sailboats worldwide.

Later, Sydney transitioned to MAS Holdings, the largest apparel manufacturer in Sri Lanka, supplying clothing to renowned brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Nike, and Gap. Upon migrating to the UK, he joined MSP as a junior Systems Engineer, responsible for software setup, installations, and service.

His exceptional performance led to promotions, first to Senior Systems Engineer and then to Director in 2015. Sydney’s extensive industry knowledge is instrumental in software development for MSP.

In his role as Director, Sydney leads the installation team, interfaces with client support, and oversees testing of new developments, contributing significantly to MSP’s success.
